There were the residents around the building that collapsed in
Shanghai couple months back. They were listening to "expert report"
on the status of their building safety. Since the collapse was so
close to other buildings in the same development, residents were
worried. Sure enough, there were 4 buildings need foundation
reinforcement. However, most residents seemed to be annoyed with the
"quality of the report" and demanded that every single pylon to be
examined ensuring safety.
