Future MFM

It's massive in the making. Not sure how this will pan out. A new transport link, an across Pearl Delta bridge will connect Macau, Hong Kong and China right at the mouth the Pearl River. The first pic is one of the three foundations being built for this bridge. The environmental study was "fast tracked". In double-quotes. This one is just next to the Macau ferry terminal and a bridge linking Macau to the Cotai Strip. The direction of the vehicles are heading toward Chinese border crossing at Gongbei, Zhuhai. Just think about the traffic jam coming in about 3 years with this new link. Ummm.... Casino revenues going up with so much easy access?

Second pic was a view from the Macau Ferry terminal waiting room looking out to Taipa. The third pic was a zoom from the same angle. Cotai Strip was just to the right edge of the pic where all major US Casino owners have their stakes.

All these pics were taken by a Samsung Galaxy S Android phone's 5M-pixels internal camera.
