Remember earlier last month I reported that someone in Shanghai bought the most expensive residential property at close to 1 Billion RMB? Well, this week this same piece of proper is back on the market quietly. Guess, the guy cannot afford it or the real estate developer bought it himself trying to flip it but couldn't. Nonetheless, that billion dollar property is only 700 sq meters!!! Stupid is all I can say.
