typical translation
So here you go. The Motherland has been trying to curb "poor" English translation for everything like street signs, instruction signs, restaurant menus, etc.... This one, kinda missed by the editing department. I am not sure I want this dessert IF I were to read it in English! But in Chinese, it is quite tasty. Basically it is a combo of rock sugar, lily bob and rice simmer together for a long time. Quite a wonderful dish. I would eat it. If the English translation is that bad; wonder what the Japanese translation would be. ;-)
