Can you believe in order to do overseas transfer online from HSBC, you have to apply!!! Every six months!!! And it takes 2 working days to get it setup again!! Worst, the website does not tell you as you select the option. It tells you after you fill in a cryptic form with not enough room to fill in information. After you click the "Confirm" button two screens later, the site finally tells you cannot send in a HK banking version of Chinese style English in a paragraph form! If you glance fast, it seems telling you your account is zero balance and cannot do the transfer!!!! Bloody hell. Took me 3 tries and 1/2 hour later to figure that out!
