A new vegetable: Longdou - 龙豆

This is a vegetable I have not seen before but quite common here. It's a bean. But quite crunchy. Not like a meshy type feel. To eat: wash, remove both ends, chop up the rest in small bits and stir fries with garlic and soy sauce. 5 minutes. Quite nutritious.
