After I finally got my $ back from HSBC Premier service on it auto-pay
fiasco, another one! Could it be? I think this bank probably has
little people sitting at the other end of the web server waiting for
print outs to do transfer and all. 2 days ago, I did a transfer
(Canadian sunshine time and HKG sleeping time). My transfer was
blocked. I switched to "next day transfer". No problem with a
"Pending confirmation" status. Last night, I got a call all the day
from HK. From the bank's CC department demanding $. Worse part was,
I had to switch over to Cantonese as the lady did not understand
English! My transfer never materialized. I searched everywhere
online in my account. There was no hint of my transfer two days ago;
good thing I still have a copy of the transfer confirmation! Scary....
