The Bund has just gone through millions of People'$ $ to show case "Bett er Cit y B et er L !fe", the Ex po. Well.. there you go. The unpredictable side effect of becoming an outdoor "hotel" for out of town tourists. People are scattered all over the B und to sleep after dark! The city mgnt is trying to discourage touri$t$ from using the va$t space as temporarily sleeping quarters.
